The Space Between Us

Puppies are born and raised in our home, in my closet. I like to keep mom comfy and stress free so she has a comfortable, safe experience. They are born on puppy pads and will stay on puppy pads until about 5-8 weeks old when we will start taking them out to the patio to practice on grass turf. We do not let our puppies outside until veterinarian assessment is made. They will be Partial outdoor potty trained and crate trained as best as we can before going to their homes. I clean puppy area regularly with puppy safe products and finish off with a kennel disinfectant. Even though our puppies are NOT raised in a kennel, I like to keep my home clean as possible. Puppies will be chipped at 8 weeks old & dewormed at 2, 4, 6 & 8 weeks old with an herbal dewormer with probiotics & will receive their Cor Vaccines at 6 & 8 weeks old. So you only have to do rabies and boosters at 16 weeks old.

The Goodies

Bill of sale, AKC registration papers, small bag of food, small blanket or stuffed animal with moms cent, Vet papers, Health certificate, litter certificate, Volthard testing results for you or your trainer, copies of contracts, Dog license application if you live in PA. Starting Early

Volthard testings, behavioral & conformation assessments, start at 4 weeks old, final assessment is the morning of 8 weeks old. we do this 2-4 times a week. All puppies are also raised and socialized consistently with our other dogs, we expose them to all normal household sounds & even car rides. We start potty training on grass turf on our patio or small trays in our home. As soon as the vet says they can go outside we will take them out as often as possible. We do crate training for about 10-15 mins a day and teach them that's their safe place, not for discipline. We do more and always keep families updated daily/weekly after deposits are made.

A waitlist fee is $500. REFUNDABLE deposit to someone who wants to ensure a puppy BEFORE theyre born. (meaning if you make a deposit and turns out there are no puppies then you will be refunded) The Deposit is $500 NON REFUNDABLE fee AFTER puppies are born. If there is someone &/or people are on the waitlist He/She/they will have their pick of the pups first in order deposits were received. If someone wants to Reserve a puppy of their choosing, it must be paid in full. If you choose you dont want a puppy after they're born, your deposit will go towards a future litter or different puppy. -You can make any amount deposit you want but the minimum is $500. Feel free to make weekly, bi weekly or monthly payments or final payment plus 6% sales tax via cash, Venmo or Zelle at pick up. NO CHECKS. I will email everyone an invoice the week before finaly pick up. There are other financing options at the bottom of the page. We try to be as flexible as we can so everyone is happy.

2-Shippping- We use Furry Trails Pet Transport LLC directly to your home if you need shipping. Or if you want to schedule your own shipping via ground we suggest shiply as you can get multiple bids for your price preference.

- You must pick out your puppy at 6 weeks old within 24 hours. We've recently made this decision for the courtesy of others. Based on my assessments I will help you decide which puppy would be suitable for you and your lifestyle. If you do not pick out your puppy I will continue down the list.

All AKC dogs and puppies sold with no breeding rights are dual registered with ALL North American Registries in our name. So if you purchase a puppy without breeding rights and you breed later and try to dual register with a paw evaluation with CKC or any other registry, you will not be able to. You will also be contacted and fined by your local attorney generals office. This is for the protection of our dogs & our business. So please be honest and up front when filling out an application.
